First Friday Art Walk

First Friday is this Friday - and the Art Walk is from 5-8pm throughout Burlington. There are ten openings on First Friday, plus Recon Soiree #4 at The Gallery at Burlington College. Architect and artist John Anderson is opening a show of his life-sized drawings at Pine Street Art Works. On the Waterfront, Art’s Alive has three artists: Pamela Dunning, Lili Ruane and Terri Petrie. And Downtown, don’t miss the Big Beautiful Paintings at Firehouse Gallery - a few steps away from the downtown studio so very perfect for pre-or-post Keri's 6pm Vinyasa class.

First Thursday, Green Closet

Support the great businesses over the Winooski Bridge - Green Closet is a rocking fashion boutique located right on the Winooski Circle (where VT Sandwich Company used to be). Thursday night at 7pm they will house their monthly First Thursday Trunk Show to highlight local designers - this Thursday features Ava Bishop's latest collection, The Love Line. So support your local indie designers and make the walk over the bridge after Thursday night's class. Maybe it will give Sara the excuse she needs to sport her latest GC score...the Coach Aspen boots!!
