Summer Schedule...

Amy, Lori, and Susan will be moving off the regular schedule this summer as they begin new chapters in their lives. We are so grateful to have had them as a part of Yoga Vermont and will miss their classes. We are pleased to welcome our Kids and Post-Natal Instructor, Lisa Tidman as the new Pre-Natal Yoga Instructor. Classes will remain at the same times, Wednesdays at 5:40pm and Sundays at 9:30am.

Kirtan on Sundays

The Sunday evening kirtan group will be taking some time off this summer. Hopefully they will want to resume with their weekly schedule in the fall. Beginning in June, Kirtan will become a monthly event (still free of course) and will be from 7-9pm on the last Sunday of each month... so that's June 25, July 30 and August 27.

A first look at some of the schedule changes that will kick in with the Summer Schedule on Monday, May 29.
Tuesdays We'll be adding Yoga and Kung Fu with Stacy Jolles to the regular drop in class schedule. Class will be at the same time, 7:30pm on Tuesday evenings, beginning May 30.

May Day

Amazing weather and some great sites to fill you in on the local outdoors; waterfront related, check out Burlington Parks and Rec, Community Sailing Center, bike related Lake Champlain Bikeways. Local Motion's Cycle the City Guide, and today we had the chance to buy some fabulous bikes from the great guys at the local bike shop Old Spokes Home. And gardening, great compost etc at The Intervale. Do you know where your local farmers market is and when it starts the season? The Vermont Agriculture Website lists Burlington having Saturdays in City Hall Park starting May 7, and also one in the Old North End, and the New North End both starting in June.
