Holiday Schedules

We have just posted printable PDF files of the Yoga Vermont Chace Mill and Downtown holiday schedules on the website. Holiday schedule will be in effect 12/24-1/1. Lots of classes to choose from in both locations. And don't forget that our price increase will take effect January 1 - single class price will be $14, ten class card will be $110. There's still a few weeks left to stock up on cards at the $100 price (they don't expire)... and they do make wonderful gifts...

Special Holiday Class with Arlene Griffin

As part of our special holiday schedule, Arlene Griffin will be returning to Yoga Vermont to offer an I'll Yoga For You class to support The Himalayan Institute's Global Humanitarian Project, Sacred Link. Class will be held on Wednesday, December 27 from 12-1:30pm (This will be in lieu of Sofi's regular Jivamukti Noon Class - Sofi will be teaching the Lunch Break Class at the Downtown Studio) All proceeds from the class will be donated to Sacred Link whose humanitarian and educational Projects include; sustainable farming in India and Africa, bio-fuel development in rural agricultural enviornments, adopting village schools, preserving indigenous arts, adopting a traditional sanskrit college, adopting victimized children and financial support to hospitals, colleges and libraries. No pre-registration necessary for this special holiday class, regular class rates ($13 or swipe card) apply, class is appropriate for all levels. See you there!

Holiday Schedules

We will be suspending our regular schedules at both the Chace Mill and Downtown studios from December 24 - January 1. We will be offering daily classes in both locations, with a few exceptions (No classes will held Dec 25 at the Chace Mill and Dec 24, 25, 26 & Jan 1 downtown). Everyone who is in town is very excited to be teaching that week - and we have a few surprises in store... visit our Holiday 2006 page for the latest.
