A first look at some of the schedule changes that will kick in with the Summer Schedule on Monday, May 29.
Tuesdays We'll be adding
Yoga and Kung Fu with
Stacy Jolles to the regular drop in class schedule. Class will be at the same time, 7:30pm on Tuesday evenings, beginning May 30.
Thursdays John McCown will be teaching Kripalu at 5:40pm in Studio B (replacing Lori's class).
Sundays Scott York will be teaching Vinyasa at 9am in Studio A (replacing Amy's Class). Also,
Sofi's 4pm Jivamukti Class will move to 5pm and Scott's 5:40pm Ashtanga will move to 6:30pm to take advantage of the amazing long summer days. More notes in the next post...
