Apartment?

Just received an email from our friend Amy Averill,
I have this wonderful 85 year old friend – never married – sweetest, smartest, hippest thing you could ever meet! Her landlord is really taking advantage of her age and relying on the fact that she won’t speak up….wrong.. So, I’m trying to help her in finding a small, clean, safe apartment where she can walk to the bus and in Burlington – away from students. It’s a bit difficult from down here, but I thought that one of you might have or know of something - Do you know of anything? Thanks, Amy
