Coming up - Saturday, July 1 kicks off David Swenson's Ashtanga Primary Series Seven Day Teacher Training. Space is still available for anyone wanting to jump in at the last minute.
Also Saturday, 6:30-9:30pm Nico Jenkins leads a special class discussing the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
Monday, July 3, Lisa Tidman begins a new group of Six Week Sessions for Post-Natal Moms and Babies, Toddlers and Kids.
Friday, July 7 begins David's Ashtanga Second Series Weekend Workshop. Space is still available.
